Sandra is an advocate for Alopecia Awareness and the founder and President of the Alopecia Community of the Triangle (A.C.T). This group was created in September 2009, to bring the alopecia (hair loss) community together in and around the Raleigh, North Carolina area. A.C.T offers support, a safe environment to share and a place to become empowered.
